Clinton Rate Change 2020

March 2020 bill will have the Clinton's new rate change on your bill.

This will add $.20 to your minimun bill and another $.16 per 1,000 after.  This is a 5% increase that Clinton passed for 2020.  Clinton also passed a 5% rate increase for the next 5 years.  Thank You
